I’m a multidimensional creative entrepreneur who blends movement, mindset, and self-expression to help people—especially young women—grow with confidence, creativity, and purpose.

I believe that we are all here to achieve greatness. and in my own pursuit of it, i started to discover the formula. Many people over time have discovered these same truths, gameroots is just the medium and platform that i’ve developed to help coach and share this information.

with that, My work aims to uncover all of the root level skills required for reaching creative and athletic greatness.

by merging athletic training with creativity, body awareness, and personal growth— a connection to the inner world is built and there a strong root becomes the foundation for all of lifes victories.

Beyond coaching, I’m also a multidisciplinary artist, passionate about dance, painting, writing, jewelry design and culinary arts. I create through a lens of liberation and self-discovery—values that thread through everything I do, from one-on-one mentorship to hands-on creative projects.
